TRACKING & UPDATES

A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your parcel departs. Tracking typically activates within 5-7 business days.

If tracking hasn't updated after that window, reach us at Whatsapp and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels for speed and availability.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and tariffs are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control. If assessed, these fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.

  • EU customers are responsible for paying VAT upon arrival of the goods.
  • For exact costs, consult your local postal or customs office.
  • Non-payment may result in the parcel being held or destroyed by customs; refunds are not possible in such cases.
  • The All-Inclusive (USA) option is designed to be duty-free on most in-stock items.
  • For certain large safes, we can arrange a duty-free shipping channel on request-please contact us prior to ordering.
